As the Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving supplier improvement efforts, partnering closely with the Global Commodity Sourcing team, and collaborating with internal departments, including Plant Quality, Engineering, Product Management, and Overseas Supplier Quality teams. Working directly with suppliers, you will maintain the supplier quality database, manage supplier metrics, and align supplier surveillance inspections to ensure high-quality standards across all sites. You must have strong leadership in supplier quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Partner with manufacturing sites to monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure process standardization and quality alignment across sites.
Lead supplier continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Global Commodity Sourcing.
Own supplier quality improvement plans and drive closure of quality action items.
Act as the primary contact for quality-related issues during supplier selection and maintenance.
Ensure supplier selection aligns with company guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with Global Commodity teams to develop and execute regular supplier audits to meet GMP, ISO, and quality standards.
Participate in supplier scorecard reviews, assessing supplier performance in quality, delivery, and service.
Oversee the SCAR program, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed with suppliers.
Develop and sustain a world-class Supplier Management Program utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Create and manage an SPC program, evaluating results to assist suppliers in continuous improvement.
Support product transfers to contract manufacturing, creating quality plans and protocols.
Prepare supplier quality metrics for senior management review during periodic evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience in Manufacturing.
5+ years of quality engineering experience in the valve and/or casting industry.
Expertise in Supplier Quality and Quality System requirements.
Lead Auditor training and experience in supplier audits.
Experience in driving supplier improvement through audits and corrective actions.
5+ years experience in GD&T and ISO9001/QS 9000 quality systems.
5+ years of experience in product qualification testing, inspection tools and equipment.
Minimum of 50% travel required (including international travel).
Cost Accounting Manager

Our client, a leader in their industry of high precision high quality components, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Manager. As the Cost Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for all inventory and job cost gathering and reconciliation, as well as reporting to senior leadership on Job Cost success against budget. You will also function as the primary liaison with governmental contracting and auditing agencies.
Responsibilities:
Collect data to determine the costs of business activity.
Overtime & Direct Cost reporting
Determine effects on costs and drivers of margin impacts.
Reporting on comparing month to month/quarter to quarter and year over year analysis
Analyze projects costs, estimates, and budgets.
Monthly assistance in closing and preparation of financial statements
DCMA /DCAA audit scheduling and support
Maintain Fixed Assets schedules.
Assist in preparing billings for cost-type contracts.
Review daily transactions.
Prepare OH, G&A, FCCM and provisional billing rates.
· Maintain MRP / costing Integrity in ERP system and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Finance/Accounting; or several years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in an accounting role
Strong, in-depth understanding of cost accounting
Experience with cost accounting for products, contracts, or services
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

It is the world’s leading producer of custom-designed fabrics and belts essential to production in the paper, nonwovens, and other process industries; and a rapidly growing and high-performing supplier of advanced engineered composite structures for the aerospace and defense industry.
As part of the Research & Technology organization, this is a multi-disciplinary role that will gain knowledge and work experience on various functions within the R&T organization including preform design, simulation, fabrication, and prototyping.
Responsibilities:
Support the design, verification, and validation process of new products, technologies, and methods, as they apply to composite manufacturing, including material and component fabrication and physical testing.
Perform woven preform design, process development, equipment evaluation and manufacturing process modeling.
Evaluate the results of computational models and compare them with experiments to assess the performance of processes, materials and structures.
Provide project leaders and supervisors with input for engineering/technical project updates.
Qualifications:
BSc in Textile, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
3 years’ experience in composite, textiles, or related field
Demonstrated experience with technical textile design and analysis
Experience with, and knowledge of, weaving related equipment and processes
Knowledge of composite consolidation techniques (Resin Transfer Molding, Autoclave, Vacuum Bag Infusion)
Knowledgeable in LEAN/6 Sigma tools and methodology
CAD skills with Solidworks, AutoCAD, Pro/E, NX, CATIA
